Double Parking Placard

What is less civic-minded than to double-park someone in  on alternate side parking days, with no message in the window about  how to be reached? Assemblywoman Joan Millman and the Park Slope Civic Council came up with a placard to put in your own window - and to stick under the windshield wipers of boors who park you in.
