In response to feedback from Park Slope Civic Council’s last Small Business Committee Meet-Up, we are holding a special get-together on April 19th to learn more about Yelp where you can ask questions and learn how to enhance your business’s online presence.

Your Park Slope Business On Yelp

You’ve probably seen your business on Yelp, but have you downloaded the Yelp for Business Owners mobile app or taken advantage of all the other free tools? This session will walk you through how you can use Yelp for Business Owners to put your best foot forward on Yelp and tell the story of your business in a place that consumers are looking to find you. Update your business hours, add photos of yourself, your staff and your product, learn what tools can make you most successful in telling your story on your Yelp Business Page. Bring your iPad, iPhone or Laptop to avoid any homework and receive real-time helpful feedback on your Yelp page. We’ll also discuss best practices for responding to online reviews and have the opportunity to ask questions to Yelp’s Local Business Partner, Ali Schwartz.
