Halloween 2007

The annual Park Slope Civic Council Halloween Parade, with more than 8,000 participants, is the largest children's parade in New York City. It's not the kind of parade where people march in military precision, or where it's always possible to predict who will show up, but most years adult participants include a headless horsemen, ghosts on roller blades, several unusual bands, and politicians in exotic garb.
