By-Laws Revision

Revised By-laws were approved by the Board of Trustees at the May 5 Board meeting and will be voted on by the full membership at the Annual Meeting on June 2, 2016.

Changes to the current bylaws primarily have to do with clearer formatting, a change in the term of office for Officers (three years instead of two – which is intended to assist in officer transition), and necessary language related to indemnification of the Board.
