Holiday Initiatives

As we approach the end of the year, we want to take a moment to reflect on all we’ve accomplished together for our children this Holiday Season and ask for your support.
Target’s Heroes and Helpers Initiative
Thanks to the partnership with the 78th Precinct and Target’s generous Heroes and Helpers Initiative, donating $5000 in gift cards, we provided 34 amazing kids aged 10-16 with $150 gift cards to shop at Target. This special event allowed officers and first responders to connect and shop alongside the kids, creating lasting memories in an atmosphere filled with joy and excitement.

Additionally, on December 12th, we spread holiday cheer by donating toys at the Story Time event at the Atlantic Terminal through Santa Land.

And, on December 14th, we sponsored a Holiday Party with the 78th Precinct and Pastor Johnson at the Baptist Church on Lincoln Place, where dozens of kids and their families enjoyed pizza, snacks, desserts and drinks, with each child receiving gifts from our Holiday Toy Drive.

Despite these wonderful moments, we still have many families in shelters and NYCCA housing who are looking for toys and books for the holidays.
