People of Park Slope
Every block in Park Slope seems to have someone with a story worth hearing. That’s the idea behind People of Park Slope, a new series from the Park Slope Civic Council highlighting some of the interesting, generous, and deeply rooted people who make this neighborhood what it is.
Our hope with this series is simple: to get to know our neighbors a little better and to celebrate the stories, experiences, and histories that make Park Slope such a distinctive and special place.
Do you know someone whose story should be told? It could be a longtime resident, a business owner, an artist, an educator, a volunteer, a community leader, or simply someone with a unique connection to Park Slope and a perspective worth sharing. If someone comes to mind, please use the button below to nominate them.
