The PSCC Annual House Tour will take place on Sunday, May 18, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.
The Annual House Tour began in 1959 and last year, for the first time, focused on next-generation sustainable technology. The sold out tour featured houses, coop and condo apartments with rooftop solar, heat pumps, advanced insulation and triple glazed windows, among other sustainable features. We are planning a mix of residences and already have homes lined up that are both beautiful and environmentally friendly.
