Three important updates on the Atlantic Yards front:
- ESDC files request to appeal decision ordering new environmental review, says “shadow of uncertainty” shrouds project’s Phase 2 (read up about the court’s April decision in Civic News)
- Following two committee meetings, including a joint public review session held with Brooklyn Community Boards 2 and 6 on April 10, and an extensive discussion on the floor of the May 9 general meeting, Community Board 6 adopted a resolution calling for the New York State Liquor Authority to conditionally approve the liquor license application being submitted on behalf of the Barclays Center at 620 Atlantic Avenue.
