On Monday, October 31 the PSCC Park Slope Halloween Parade Returns! The Parade kicks off at 7th Avenue and 14th Street and winds up at the Old Stone House at 5th Avenue between 3rd and 4th Streets.
Parade marchers start to queue up at 6 PM and the parade runs from 6:30 to 7:30 PM. Participation is FREE and OPEN TO ALL!
